GB/T 33852-2017 is the Chinese national standard for the quality of service of broadband customer networks built on a public telecommunication network.
It sets the logical architecture of such a network, the quality of service requirements, the service quality architecture and capabilities, policy management, statistics and performance requirements, and the technical requirements for traffic classification, traffic shaping, queuing and scheduling including congestion control, and flow marking.
It names the two functional entities that carry the work: QoS-M, which handles policy management, authentication, statistics and resource management, and QoS-E, which applies the chosen techniques under the control of QoS-M. It cites YD/T 1449.1-2006, IEEE 802.1P and IEEE 802.1Q. It was issued on 31 May 2017 and has applied since 1 December 2017.

1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions

3.1 Broadband customer network based on public telecommunication network
