Scope

GB/T 33759-2017 is the English-translated version of 高炉干法除尘灰回收利用技术规范.

GB/T 33759-2017 sets out how the dust caught by dry dust collectors in blast furnace ironmaking is recovered and used again in the iron and steel industry.

It classifies that dust, which it divides into blast furnace dust proper and blast furnace gas ash, fixes how it is sampled and inspected, and states the environmental protection requirements that go with handling it.

For the inspection it routes the analyses to established methods, among them the determination of zinc, of carbon and sulfur, of total iron and of sodium and potassium in iron ores.

On the environmental side it cites the emission standards for industrial furnace and general air pollutants, for water pollutants of the iron and steel industry, for plant boundary noise and for solid waste storage sites. Issued on 12 May 2017, it has applied since 1 December 2017.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification, sampling and inspection of dust and dust in the iron and steel industry, and the environmental protection requirements.

This standard applies to the iron and steel industry in the blast furnace ironmaking process through the dry dust collector dust collection and utilization.
