4.5 The concentration limit of water pollutant discharge is applicable to the case where the actual displacement of the unit product is not higher than the unit discharge of the unit product.

If the actual displacement of a unit product exceeds the unit product's baseline displacement, the measured water pollutant concentration shall be converted according to formula (1).

For the water pollutants, the reference water discharge concentration, and the water pollutants reference water discharge concentration as the basis for determining whether the emissions meet the standards

according to. The product production and displacement statistics cycle is one business day.

Different emission control can be applied to two or more processes in the production facilities of the enterprise or two or more products at the same time.

In the case of requirements or national pollutant discharge standards in different industries, and the sewage generated by the production facilities is mixed and treated,

Execute the most stringent concentration limits specified in the emission standards and convert the water pollutants baseline water discharge concentration according to formula (1).

In the formula.

iY -- the output of the i-th product, t;

Base iQ - the unit product base displacement of the i-th product, m3/t;

If the ratio of total Q to sum iiQY is less than 1, then the measured concentration of water pollutants is used as the basis for determining whether the emission is up to standard.
