GB/T 45730-2025 is the English-translated version of 果蔬全产业链废弃物综合利用技术导则.

GB/T 45730-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering what to do with the peel, pomace, trimmings and culls left along a fruit and vegetable chain from nursery to shop — the seven routes of direct use, growing substrate, feed, fertiliser, functional extraction, material and energy, the collection points, storage and transport that decide whether the material is still usable when it arrives, and the record forms kept by the collection points and the processing units. First edition, under the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives. In force from 1 December 2025. Issued on 30 May 2025, it has been in force since 1 December 2025.

1 Scope

This document establishes the general principles for the comprehensive utilization of waste from the entire fruit and vegetable industry chain and stipulates the main Utilization methods, collection, storage, transportation and management.

This document applies to the comprehensive utilization of waste generated in the entire fruit and vegetable industry chain as raw materials.

This document does not apply to the utilization of packaging waste and agricultural waste.
