This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and conditions for the assessment of greenhouse gas emission reductions for the use of projects (including residual, waste heat and by-product gas) in the steel industry Define and evaluate the content.

3 Terms and definitions

3.1 Fossil fuels

3.3 Cogeneration
