Scope

GB/T 33696-2017 is the English-translated version of 陆-气和海-气通量观测规范.

GB/T 33696-2017 is the Chinese specification for flux observations at the land-atmosphere and sea-atmosphere interfaces. It sets the general requirements, the observation instruments and how they are installed, maintenance and calibration, data acquisition and processing, and the archiving of data files.

Clause 3 defines the quantities observed: land-air flux, sea-air flux, momentum flux, sensible heat flux, latent heat flux and water vapour flux. Three informative annexes give the technical performance of the instruments, a method for processing turbulence pulsation data and a method for testing the quality of turbulent flux data.

The standard applies to flux observation by the eddy correlation method, and cites GB/T 14914-2006, GB/T 15920, QX 4-2015 and QX/T 45-2007. It was issued on 12 May 2017 and has applied since 1 December 2017.

Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for land-air and sea-air flux observations, the main observation instruments, instrument installation, maintenance/calibration, data acquisition And technical requirements for processing, data file archiving.

This standard is applicable to the eddy correlation analysis method of land-air and sea-air fluxes.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Land-air flux

Near-ground due to turbulence caused by the vertical transport of energy and matter, including the continental-air interface momentum, heat, latent heat (water vapor) and dioxy Carbon flux and so on.

3.2 Sea - air flux

The vertical transport of energy and matter caused by turbulence in the sea, including the momentum of the sea-air interface, heat, latent heat (water vapor) and dioxin Carbon flux and so on.

3.3 Momentum flux

The momentum of the air passing through the unit area per unit of time during the movement.

3.4 Sensible heat flux

In the absence of objects and media phase change under the premise of turbulence caused by the unit time through the heat per unit area.

3.5 Latent heat flux

When the water vapor in the air undergoes a phase change, the amount of heat per unit area passes through the unit area due to turbulence.

3.6 Water vapor flux

Land (sea) - Atmospheric interface The amount of water vapor per unit area of water vapor per unit time due to turbulent motion.
