Scope
GB/T 33585-2017 is the English-translated version of 复合磺酸钙基润滑脂.
GB/T 33585-2017 covers calcium sulfonate complex grease, made by thickening a mineral or synthetic base oil with complex calcium sulfonate soap and additives. It sets the classification and marking, the requirements and test methods, the inspection rules, and the packaging, transport and storage.
The greases are divided into grades 1 and 2 by their worked cone penetration, and a product meeting Table 1 is designated by its grade, its product name and the standard number.
They are meant for the rolling and sliding bearings and other friction points of machinery working hot, wet and heavily loaded, such as continuous casting machine bearings and rolling mill work roll bearings.
The test methods come from GB/T 269, GB/T 3498, GB/T 5018, GB/T 7326 and several SH/T methods. It was issued on 12 May 2017 and has applied since 1 December 2017.

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the composite calcium sulfonate soap thickened mineral or synthetic base oil and add additives made by the complex calcium sulfonate based grease Classification and marking, requirements and test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage.
The products of this standard are suitable for high temperature, multi-water, heavy-duty machinery rolling bearings and sliding bearings and other parts of the friction Sliding, such as continuous casting machine bearings, rolling mill work roll bearings and other parts of the lubrication.

3 Classification and marking

The products are divided into 1 and 2 according to the work cone penetration.
