Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the performance rating rating, other requirements, test methods, inspection rules and performance grade of the pipeline shielded electric pump.

This standard applies to the transmission medium for the water or physical and chemical properties similar to the liquid water single or three phase of the pipeline shielded pump (Hereinafter referred to as electric pump).

3 Performance rating evaluation index

This standard through the assessment of the provisions of the pump flow, the provisions of the lift and pump efficiency to determine the performance level of the pump. Performance rating of the pump Into 1, 2, 3 three grades, one said the highest performance pump. The evaluation index of each performance grade shall meet the requirements of Table 1.

In the table, etaGP is the pump efficiency value specified in JB/T 10483 and is not tolerant. The pump efficiency tolerance deltaeta shall comply with JB/T 10483. QG, HG Respectively, JB/T 10483 in the pump specified point of the flow, head value and excluding tolerance.

4 Other requirements

The type of pump, other basic parameters and technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 10483.

5 Test method

5.1 Determination of the pump performance level 1 level of the test should be in accordance with GB/T 12785 specified measurement uncertainty for the level of a test bench into the Line; measuring the pump performance level 2, 3 of the test should be in line with GB/T 12785 specified measurement uncertainty of 2 on the test bench get on.
