GB/T 33496-2017 is the English-translated version of 政府采购电子电器服务规范.
GB/T 33496-2017 sets out how services for electronic and electrical appliances bought through government procurement are to be organised and judged.
It gives the terms and definitions of the field, among them government procurement, electronic and electrical appliances, service, service provider, qualification certificate, installation engineering and maintenance, and it then states the basic requirements and the special requirements placed on a service provider.
It covers service support and capability, the main service items and their content, the service charges, the basic service procedures, and the way a provider's qualification and the quality of its service are evaluated.
It applies to the conduct and the activities of the enterprises, organizations and practitioners at every level that take part in such services. Issued on 28 February 2017, it has applied since 1 September 2017.

Foreword
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard is proposed and centralized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of government procurement of electronic and electrical services, and puts forward the basic requirements and special requirements of service providers.
The main service items and content, service charges, basic service procedures and service provider qualification and quality of service assessment methods.
This standard applies to the government procurement of electronic and electrical services related enterprises, organizations and practitioners at all levels of the relevant behavior and activities.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Government procurement
All levels of state organs, institutions and organizations, the use of financial funds to purchase according to the law to develop the centralized procurement directory within or The conduct of goods, works and services within the quota.
3.2 Electronic appliances (appliances)
Equipment used to meet the needs of the work and related environment, such as the use of electronic characteristics or power-driven equipment.
3.3 Service

3.4 Service provider
To provide services to enterprises.
3.5 Qualification
The service provider of the relevant service security system and service capabilities identified to prove that they have the appropriate technical and management activities.
3.6 Installation works
Engaged in bulk or system installation of electronic appliances related to the management and technical activities.
3.7 Maintenance
A combination of all technical and managerial activities carried out to maintain or restore the product in a state capable of fulfilling the required function, including supervision
