Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used were of analytical grade and water was a primary water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.1 methanol
pure chromatography.
4.2 heptafluorobutyric acid
pure chromatography.
4.3 alkaline phosphatase
enzyme activity of not less than 10U/mg.
4.4 phosphoric acid
excellent grade pure.
4.5 ammonia
excellent grade pure, content of 25% to 28%.
4.6 ammonium dihydrogen phosphate
excellent grade pure.

Disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4 · 2H2O).

Ethanol.

Hydrochloric acid.
4.10 aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide
