GB/T 33288-2025Evaluation of language training service facilitators (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 33288-2016 “Evaluation of Teaching Personnel in Language Training Services”.

In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Modified the contents of "Fairness", "Standardization", "Reliability" and "Validity" in the "Evaluation Principles" (see 4.1, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 2016 Edition) 4.1 to 4.4), added the evaluation principle of "scientificity" (see 4.2);

b) Changed “evaluation factors” to “evaluation indicators” and modified some content (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the 2016 edition);

c) Added the “Flowchart for the Evaluation of Language Training Service Teaching Staff” (see 6.1);

d) Change “determine the evaluation purpose”, “determine the evaluation scope” and “determine the evaluation interval” to “determine the evaluation purpose and scope” (see 6.2, 2016) Version 6.1.1~6.1.3);

e) Change “determine the evaluation indicators” to “establish an evaluation indicator system” (see 6.3, 6.1.4 of the 2016 edition);

f) Added "Establishing rules for selecting evaluation indicators" (see 6.4);

g) Change “formulate an evaluation plan” to “formulate an evaluation work plan” (see 6.5, 6.1.5 of the 2016 edition);

h) Change “collect data” and “process data” to “collect, evaluate and process data” (see 6.6, 6.2.1 of the 2016 edition);

i) Modified the content of "Calculating Evaluation Scores" (see 6.7, 6.2.3 of the 2016 edition);

j) Change “formulate evaluation results” to “issue evaluation results” (see 6.8, 6.3 of the 2016 edition);

k) The wording of requirements related to personal information protection has been modified (see 6.8, 8.1.4 and 8.1.5 of the 2016 edition);

l) Added a chapter on “Value Selection Rules” (see Chapter 7).

1 Scope

This document establishes the evaluation principles and indicators for language training service teaching staff, and stipulates the evaluation process, value selection rules and evaluation results.

The evaluation method is described.

This document applies to the evaluation of teaching staff in language training services.
