China's national test method for the evaporation residue of the fluorinated olefins used as refrigerants - the heavy, high boiling matter left behind when the fluid itself has gone, which in a charged system collects in the evaporator, fouls the heat transfer surface and blocks the expansion device. The standard specifies the general method for determining the high-boiling residue by the evaporation method, covering the sampling of the specimen, the principle of the method, the apparatus, the test procedure and the allowable difference. It applies to the determination of the evaporation residue in fluorinated olefins for refrigerant use, and the sensitivity of the method is 0.0001 %. A weighed quantity of the refrigerant is allowed to evaporate under controlled conditions from a vessel that has itself been brought to constant mass, and what remains is weighed; the residue is calculated as a mass fraction of the sample taken. 1 Scope

3 Principle of the method

The sample was evaporated and the mass of the residue was weighed and the evaporation residue was calculated.

4.1 Instruments and equipment

4.1.1 Sampling cylinders. 1000mL or 500mL single or double valve small cylinders, the working pressure should be greater than the same product pressure.

4.1.2 Sampling Bottle. 1000 mL or 500 mL Milled Glass Bottle.

4.2 Operational requirements

4.2.1 The sampling of fluorinated olefins for medium and high pressure refrigerants shall be carried out in accordance with

7.10 of GB/T 6681-2003. Sampling cylinders and Sampling ducts should be vacuum dried, the sample should be liquid into the sampling cylinder, the total amount of sampling should ensure that the inspection needs.

4.2.2 Sampling of fluorinated olefins for low pressure refrigerants shall be carried out in accordance with
