Scope
GB/T 33055-2016 is the English-translated version of 含锌废料处理处置技术规范.
This standard is the technical specification for the treatment and disposal of zinc-containing waste materials.
Clause 1 states that it specifies the terminology and definitions, the treatment and disposal methods and the environmental protection for the disposal of zinc-containing waste, and that it applies to the zinc-containing waste arising in the chemical, metallurgical, electroplating, hot galvanizing and other industries.
Clause 3 defines two routes: the wet recovery process, which uses the properties of a strong acid, an alkali or another solvent to leach the valuable metal out of the waste and then separates and recovers it, and the fire recovery process, which treats the waste at high temperature to recover all or part of the valuable elements.
Clause 4, dispose of disposal methods, opens with 4.1 wet recovery, whose first subclause is a scope of application stating that the route is generally used to produce zinc sulfate, zinc nitrate, zinc chloride and metal zinc powder.
The draft breaks off there, so nothing past 4.1.1 is shown and the environmental protection requirements announced in clause 1 cannot be described; the page carries no index either.
Clause 2 cites GB/T 6890, GB 31574, HG/T 2323, HG/T 2326, HG/T 3582 and YS/T 73, along with several titles on hazardous waste identification, storage and transport and on industrial solid waste sites whose numbers the draft does not print.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terminology and definition of disposal of zinc-containing waste, treatment and disposal methods and environmental protection.
This standard applies to chemical, metallurgical, electroplating, hot galvanizing and other industries arising from the disposal of zinc waste disposal.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Wet recovery process
The use of strong acid, alkali or other solvent characteristics, zinc-containing waste in the valuable metal leaching and then the separation and recovery of treatment method.
3.2 Fire recovery process
In high temperature conditions, treatment of zinc waste, recycling all or part of the valuable elements of the treatment and disposal methods.
