1 Scope
This standard specifies a method for the determination of the thickness of a hardened film coating using a reflection interference spectroscopy.

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1 Coherent light
The light that satisfies the coherent condition. The coherent conditions include. (1) the same frequency of the two beams; (2) the vibration direction of the two beams is the same; (3)
