Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 23953-2009 "Dimethyldichlorosilane for Industrial Use". Compared with GB/T 23953-2009, except for the structural adjustment In addition to the integration and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

— Deleted the classification and changed to classification by main content (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2009 edition);

— Deleted properties, added appearance, ethyldichlorosilane index, changed the monomethyltrichlorosilane index (see Chapter 4, 2009 Chapters 3 and 4 of the 2012 edition);

— Added the analysis methods for appearance and ethyldichlorosilane (see 5.1 and 5.3).

1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and Storage.

This document applies to industrial dimethyl silane produced by fractionation of methylchlorosilane mixed monomer produced by direct synthesis of silicon powder and methyl chloride. Dichlorosilane.

Note. The molecular formula of dimethyldichlorosilane is C2H6SiCl2, the structural formula is., the relative molecular mass is 129.06 (according to the 2022 international relative atomic mass).
