Scope

GB/T 32603-2016 is the English-translated version of 玩具材料中可迁移元素砷、锑、硒、汞的测定 原子荧光光谱法.

GB/T 32603-2016 is the Chinese standard "Determination of the content of migration of arsenic, antimony,". Its scope clause reads: This standard specifies the use of atomic fluorescence spectrometer (AFS) to determine the transport material can be transferred elements arsenic (As), antimony (Sb), selenium (Se) Mercury (Hg) content.

This standard applies to toy materials. The detection limit of arsenic, antimony and selenium is 0.1mg/kg, and the detection limit of mercury is 0.02mg/kg. Its clauses include normative reference documents; principle; reagents and materials.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the use of atomic fluorescence spectrometer (AFS) to determine the transport material can be transferred elements arsenic (As), antimony (Sb), selenium (Se)

Mercury (Hg) content.

This standard applies to toy materials.

The detection limit of arsenic, antimony and selenium is 0.1mg/kg, and the detection limit of mercury is 0.02mg/kg.

2 normative reference documents

The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the dated edition applies to this article

Pieces. For undated references, the latest edition (including all modifications) applies to this document.

GB/T 602 Preparation of standard solutions for the determination of impurities in chemical reagents

GB 6675.4 Toy safety - Part 4. Migration of specific elements

GB/T 6682 Analytical laboratory water specifications and test methods

3 principle

The toy material is sampled, prepared and extracted according to the procedure specified in GB 6675.4.

Determination of arsenic, antimony elements, thiourea - ascorbic acid will be extracted from the solution of arsenic, antimony pre-reduced for the hydride generation of the valence state;

Potassium hydride to reduce it to arsenic, antimony hydride. The treated solution is fed from the carrier gas into the atomizer and decomposed into atomic at high temperatures

Arsenic, antimony. In the hollow cathode lamp excitation, the elements of the atoms produce fluorescence, the fluorescence intensity and the measured element content is proportional to the control standard curve

Determination of arsenic and antimony content.

Determination of selenium element, the concentrated hydrochloric acid solution will be pre-reduced to the hydride suitable for hydride generation of the valence state, followed by potassium borohydride to restore

Selenium hydride. The treated solution is fed from the carrier gas into the atomizer and decomposed into atomic selenium at high temperatures. In the hollow cathode light

The fluorescence intensity of the selenium element is proportional to the content of the element, and the selenium content is determined by the standard curve.

Determination of mercury, the addition of potassium borohydride to the atomic mercury, from the carrier gas into the atomic agent directly detected. Excited in a hollow cathode lamp , The mercury element atoms produce fluorescence, the fluorescence intensity and the measured element content is proportional to the standard curve to determine the mercury content.

4 reagents and materials

4.1

All reagents are of grade I unless otherwise noted. The water shall comply with the requirements of Grade 1 water specified in GB/T 6682.

4.2

Hydrochloric acid (mass fraction 37%).

4.3

hydrochloric acid solution c (HCl) = (0.070 ± 0.005) mol/L.
