1 Scope

This standard specifies the conical thread parameters (pitch, lead, flank angle, large-diameter, diameter, small diameter, the diameter of the conical taper, stepped surface position, tooth bottom arc radius) detection method.

3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 14791, JJF1001 and JJF1059 (all parts), and the definition of the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 test on screw threads

To determine whether products conform to thread a corresponding set of operations required standards.

Note. These operations typically include measuring the magnitude of the thread parameters and (or) exceeds allowable limit test.

3.2 line of measurement

When measuring contact with the measured alveolar excess ball center (the axis of the needle and cut the amount of volume at the point of intersection of the needle radial line) and the thread axis perpendicular to the linear equivalent spherical (pin).

NOTE. Measure the line of measuring the diameter of the base surface, to be measured by the measuring line from the reference plane or reference surface distance.
