Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard was proposed by the Institute of Standardization of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Technical Committee for Engineering Survey and Measurement Standardization of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

This standard replaces JG/T 5067.1-1995 "Loess Earth Reader". Major technical content changes compared to JG/T 5061.7-1995 as follows.

--- Updated the reference standard and adopted the latest domestic technical standards;

--- Adjust the main parameters from the outer diameter of the sampling tube to the inner diameter of the cutting edge;

--- Added the relevant parameters of "loess unlined earth borrower";

--- The contents of the original specification based on YB235 were adjusted in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 9808;

---JG J89 "Undisturbed Soil Sampling Technical Standard" was adjusted to JG J/T 87 "Technical Regulations for Geological Exploration and Sampling of Construction Engineering";

--- Revised some of the material technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc.;

--- The product replacement standard, storage conditions, factory certificate, environmental protection, resource conservation, durability requirements and other content have been clarified.

Loess earth borrower

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation of loess earth borrowers.

And storage.

This standard is applicable to the earth borrower that takes the loess grade I quality soil sample in the borehole.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

A borrower with an inner diameter of 120 mm and an area ratio of 12% to 15%.

Internal clearance ratio insideclearanceratio the ratio of the difference between the inner diameter of the earther liner and the inner diameter of the cutting edge and the inner diameter of the cutting edge is expressed as a percentage.

Outer clearance ratio the ratio of the difference between the outer diameter of the earther and the outer diameter of the sample tube to the outer diameter of the sample tube is expressed as a percentage.

Area ratio the ratio of the difference between the outer and inner cross-sectional areas of the earth-boring device and the internal area of the earth-boring device is expressed as a percentage.

Liner screenedtube

The innermost layer of metal or non-metallic semi-open pipe of the earth-moving device is used for taking samples and used as sample vessels for packaging and transportation.
