Scope
GB/T 32326-2015 is the English-translated version of 工业固体废物综合利用技术评价导则.
GB/T 32326-2015 specifies the index system, the evaluation procedure and the evaluation methods for assessing integrated utilization technology for industrial solid waste.
Clause 1 states that it applies to the evaluation of integrated utilization technologies for solid waste from industrial processes, and that the evaluation of other technologies may be carried out by reference to it.
The contents list shows an introduction, clause 1, Scope, clause 2, Normative references, clause 3, Terms and definitions, clause 4 on the evaluation principles, clause 5, Evaluation index system, clause 6, Evaluation procedure, and clause 7, Evaluation method, followed by Appendix A, an informative evaluation filing format, Appendix B, a normative reference evaluation method based on multiple attribute comprehensive evaluation, Appendix C, an informative calculation of the quantitative indicators for the technical evaluation of the comprehensive utilization of industrial process solid waste, and a list of references.
Clause 2 cites GB/T 20861 on the terminology of waste product recycling, from which clause 3 also takes terms.
Clause 3 defines industrial solid waste, the various wastes discharged into the environment in the course of industrial production and divided into general industrial solid waste and industrial hazardous waste, then the integrated utilization of industrial solid waste, the integrated utilization technology of industrial solid waste, and the best available technology, the single technology or combination of techniques selected from several suitable ones so as to maximise overall efficiency against technical, environmental, resource and economic goals.
Clause 4 requires the evaluation to be scientific, objective and true and to reflect the actual application of the technology with results that agree well, to classify technologies by their characteristics and use an evaluation suited to each type with good comparability and operability, to cover technical, environmental, resource and economic indicators, to keep the indicators linked yet independent so that they do not cross, and to make them operational, easy to measure statistically and easy to verify.
The draft on the source page ends with clause 4, so the index system, the procedure and the evaluation method themselves are not shown, and the page carries no summary of its own.
The page gives ICS 13.020.10 and Chinese classification Z00, estimates the text at 23,278 words, and records that the standard is administered by the National Standardization Technical Product Recycling and Management Committee (SAC/TC415). It was issued on 31 December 2015 and has applied since 1 July 2016.

GB/T 20861 and defined by the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Industrial solid waste
Produced in the industrial production of solid waste is discharged into the environment in the process of industrial production of all kinds of waste, waste water, dust and other waste Objects, can be divided into general industrial solid waste and industrial hazardous waste.
3.2 Industrial solid waste utilization
Industrial solid waste as an active substance extracted from the raw material or fuel.
NOTE: Also known as industrial solid wastes.
3.3 Industrial solid waste utilization technologies
Industrial solid waste material comprehensive development and rational utilization of raw materials or fuel technology.
3.4 The best applicable technology
Considering the technical, environmental, resource and economic goals, selected from a number of suitable techniques can make to maximize the overall efficiency of the Single technology or a combination of techniques.
4 Evaluation Principles
4.1 Technical evaluation should be scientific, objective, true, fully reflect the actual situation of technology application, and get better consistency of evaluation results.
4.2 number of technical evaluation should be classified according to technical characteristics, the development of appropriate evaluation of different types of technology, should have good Comparability and operability.
4.3 Evaluation should cover more aspects of technical indicators, environmental indicators, resource indicators and economic indicators.
4.4 The evaluation should be linked and independent, to avoid cross.
