Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting is required.

This document replaces GB/T 32158-2015 "Coal-based needle coke". Compared with GB/T 32158-2015, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes, In addition to the modifications, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The technical indicators of coal-based needle coke have been changed (see 4.1, 3.1 of the 2015 edition);

b) The method for determining true density has been changed (see 5.1, 4.1 of the 2015 edition);

c) The determination method of nitrogen content has been changed (see 5.3, 4.3 of the 2015 edition);

d) The method for determining moisture content has been changed (see 5.6, 4.6 of the 2015 edition);

e) Added the method for determining the compressive strength index (see 5.10).

1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certification of coal-based needle coke, and describes the test methods.

This document is applicable to the production of coal tar pitch as raw material, which is produced by raw material pretreatment, delayed coking device and high temperature calcination. Burnt.
