Scope

GB/T 31997-2015 is the English-translated version of 风力发电场项目建设工程验收规程.

GB/T 31997-2015 sets codes for the construction acceptance of wind power plant projects. It gives the main technical requirements for acceptance of the wind farm's units on completion, the starting of the booster station, the handover of the project for production, and the completion acceptance of the whole project.

It applies to the acceptance of new-build and extension wind farm construction projects. Its normative references include GB/T 20319, many GB 50xxx construction codes, DL/T standards for electric power works and NB/T 31021.

Issued on 11 September 2015 and applicable from 1 April 2016, it does not replace an earlier edition.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the wind farm project completion acceptance unit, booster station starts, the transfer of production engineering acceptance and completion of the project acceptance The main technical requirements.

This standard applies to new construction, expansion of wind farm construction project acceptance.
