1 Scope
GB/T 31270 provisions of this part of the test of the impact of chemical pesticides on non-target plant materials, conditions, operations, quality control, data
The basic process requirements, test reports and the like.
This section applies to a chemical pesticide registration and conduct of non-target plants on the test, you can refer to other types of pesticide use.
This section does not apply to volatile and insoluble chemical pesticides.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1 Non-target plants
Pesticide plant outside the region.
2.2 Seedling emergence
After sowing the seeds, plant coleoptile or cotyledon above the ground.
2.3 Height lengthofplant
From the root of the neck to the vertical height of the terminal bud.
2.4 Biomass
After the end of the middle part of the test, harvesting the aerial parts of the test plants, drying conditions at 60 °C to constant weight average dry weight determined.
2.5 Semi-effect concentration
In the non-target plants on the test, the test group compared to control producing 50% of the test concentration of adverse reactions, with the EC50
