Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 31269-2014 "Honeycomb Cardboard Box". Compared with GB/T 31269-2014, except for structural adjustment and editorial Besides the changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) The classification has been changed (see 4.1, Chapter 4 of the 2014 edition);

b) The descriptions of the slotted type, the fitted type and the folded type in the basic box type have been added (see 4.2);

c) Added printing layout requirements in appearance (see 5.1.4);

d) The material requirements have been changed (see 5.2.1, 6.1.1 of the 2014 edition), and the requirements for nailing materials, adhesive materials and other materials have been added (see 5.2.2~5.2.4);

e) The requirements for the inner and outer dimensions of light honeycomb cardboard boxes are added (see 5.3.1);

f) Changed "honeycomb cardboard box" to "heavy-duty honeycomb cardboard box" and changed the inner dimension requirements (see 5.3.2, Chapter 5 of the 2014 edition);

g) Added quality and structure requirements (see 5.4);

h) Changed the requirements for moisture content of materials (see 5.5.1, 6.2.2 of the 2014 edition);

i) The requirements for the deterioration coefficient in the compression resistance of empty containers have been changed (see 5.5.2, 6.3.1 of the 2014 edition);

j) The stacking, drop and vibration requirements have been changed (see 5.6, 6.3.2~6.3.4 of the 2014 edition);

k) Delete the hygienic performance requirements (see 6.4 of the 2014 edition);

l) Changed the dimensional inspection method (see 6.3, 7.2 of the 2014 edition);

m) Added quality and structure test methods (see 6.4);

n) Changed the factory inspection content (see 7.1.1, 8.1.1 of the 2014 edition);

o) Changed the sampling content (see 7.3, 8.2.2, 8.2.3 of the 2014 edition);

p) Changed the content of the judgment rules (see 7.4, 8.3 of the 2014 edition);

q) Changed the packaging marking requirements (see 8.1, 9.1 of the 2014 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the classification and basic box types, requirements, inspection and testing, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage.

This document is applicable to the design, manufacture and inspection of honeycomb cardboard boxes.
