Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting:

This document replaces GB/T 31239-2014 "Technical Specifications for 1000kV Substation Fittings": Compared with GB/T 31239-2014, except In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Added "Terms and Definitions" (see Chapter 3);

b) Added requirements for spacer material (see 5:3);

c) The yield strength ratio of steel parts with a nominal failure load of 160kN and above has been changed (see 4:2, 3:9 in the:2014 edition);

d) Changed the requirements for materials of tension clamps, connecting pipes and drainage plates (see 5:2, 4:3 of the:2014 edition);

e) The requirements for the diameter, thickness and bend deformation of the pressure equalizing ring and shielding ring have been changed (see 5:4, 4:4 of the:2014 edition);

f) The test methods and judgment criteria for substation hardware have been changed (see Chapter 6, Chapter 7 of the:2014 edition);

g) Delete the requirements for the construction of tension clamps (see 4:3 of the:2014 edition);

h) The chapter on eight changes and four golden tools has been deleted (see 4:7 in the:2014 version);

i) The requirements for the mechanical properties of spacer rod clamps are deleted (see Table 1 of the:2014 edition):
