Foreword

This Standard is drafted according to the rules specified in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This Standard specifies terms and definitions, requirements, test method, inspection rules and label, packaging, transportation, storage, shelf life of complete pet food - dog food.

This Standard applies to complete pet food - dog food with industrialized processing and fabrication, except prescription dog food.

c) During normal production, the inspection shall be conducted once a year;

d) When production is resumed after the long-term shutdown;

e) When there is significant difference between the results of delivery inspection and that of the preceding type inspection;

f) When State Feed Administration puts forward the requirements to conduct type inspection.

There shall be labels attached on package, indicating product name, raw material components, guaranteed analytical value of product composition, net weight or net content, storage condition, instructions for use, precautions, date of manufacture, shelf life, name and address of manufacturing enterprise, license documentary number, and product quality standard number, etc.
