3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Canned porridge/canned congee

A porridge-like canned food made primarily from water, grains, and/or their products, with or without the addition of other edible ingredients and auxiliary materials.

Tibetan food.

Note. This includes canned eight-treasure porridge and other canned porridge products.

3.2 Eight Treasure Porridge (canned mixed porridge/canned mixed congee)

Made from eight or more kinds of plant-based raw materials such as grains, beans, and dried fruits as the main ingredients, with or without the addition of other auxiliary materials.
