25g of sodium chloride (4.3), 5g of sodium bicarbonate (4.8) was dissolved in water, was added 0.1mL Tween-20 (4.9), water

4.12 PBS buffer solution
Weigh 8.0g of sodium chloride (4.3), 1.2g disodium hydrogen phosphate (4.4), 0.2g potassium dihydrogen phosphate (4.5), 0.2g chloride
Potassium (4.6) was dissolved in 900mL of water, adjusted with concentrated hydrochloric acid (4.7) pH value to 7.0, to volume with water to 1L.
