Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting is required.

This document replaces GB/T 30364-2013 "Restructured Bamboo Flooring". Compared with GB/T 30364-2013, except for structural adjustments and editorial In addition to the modifications, the main technical changes are as follows.

-- The terms and definitions of natural color reconstructed bamboo floor, carbonized color reconstructed bamboo floor, mixed color reconstructed bamboo floor and dyed reconstructed bamboo floor have been deleted.

(see 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6 of the 2013 edition);

-- Added the terms and definitions of untreated reconstructed bamboo flooring, heat-treated reconstructed bamboo flooring and high-temperature heat-treated reconstructed bamboo flooring (see 3.3, 3.4, 3.5);

-- Changed the terms and definitions of reconstructed bamboo, reconstructed bamboo flooring, missed planing, glue spots, missing edges, mildew and decay (see 3.1, 3.2, 3.6, 3.8, 3.12, 3.22 and 3.23 of the 2013 edition, 3.1, 3.2, 3.7, 3.9, 3.13, 3.23 and 3.24 of the 2013 edition);

-- Changed the classification of restructured bamboo flooring (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2013 edition);

--The main specifications and dimensions of reconstituted bamboo flooring have been changed (see Table 3 and Table 4, Table 3 and Table 4 of the 2013 edition);

--Deleted the determination index and test method of the difference between the maximum groove height and the maximum tenon thickness of reconstructed bamboo flooring (see the 2013 edition Table 3, 6.2.5);

--Changed the allowable deviations of thickness and warpage of reconstituted bamboo flooring (see Table 3 and Table 4, Table 3 and Table 4 of the 2013 edition);

--Changed the density determination index and test piece preparation (see Table 5, Table 6, Table 7, Table 8, 6.3.2, 6.3.4, Table 5, 2013 edition Table 6, Table 7, Table 8, 6.3.2, 6.3.4);

--Changed the determination index, test piece preparation and inspection method of water absorption thickness expansion rate and water absorption width expansion rate (see Table 5, Table 6, Table 7, Table 8, 6.3.2, 6.3.5 and 6.3.6 of the 2013 edition; Table 5, Table 6, Table 7, Table 8, 6.3.2, 6.3.5 and 6.3.6 of the 2013 edition);

--Changed the determination index of surface paint film wear resistance (see Table 5 and Table 7, Table 5 and Table 7 of the 2013 edition);

--Changed the determination index and test method of horizontal shear strength (see Table 5, Table 6, 6.3.7, Table 5, Table 6, 2013 edition 6.3.7);

--The judgment index and test specimen preparation of anti-mildew and anti-discoloration performance have been changed (see Table 6 and 6.3.14, Table 6 and 6.3.14 of the 2013 edition);

--Added static bending strength determination index, specimen preparation and inspection methods (see Table 5, Table 6, 6.3.8);

--Deleted the indicators and test methods for determining surface water vapor resistance (see Table 6 and 6.3.12 of the 2013 edition);

--Changed the items of factory inspection in the inspection rules (see 7.1.2, 7.1.1 of the 2013 edition);

-- Changed the relevant contents of the label and packaging (see 8.1, 8.2, 8.1, 8.2 of the 2013 edition).

1 Scope

This document gives the classification of reconstructed bamboo flooring, and stipulates the technical requirements, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and Storage requirements, describing the corresponding test methods.

This document applies to the production, trade and inspection of reconstructed bamboo flooring products.
