Scope
GB/T 30292-2013 is the English-translated version of 个人位置导航电子地图物理存储格式.
GB/T 30292-2013 fixes the physical storage format of the navigation electronic map used for personal position.
Clause 1 states that the standard specifies the logical model, the data organization and the data storage format of the navigation electronic map for GPS personal location services on handheld terminals, and that it applies to the storage and use of all kinds of personal position navigation electronic map data and public transport data on handheld terminals; the page records no exclusions.
Clause 3 defines location based services (LBS), then the data collection held under one spatial index, of one classification and of consistent level of detail, the basic partition unit of the database bounded by its southernmost and northernmost parallels and its westernmost and easternmost meridians, road data, map display data and detailed map display data.
The two long clauses are clause 6, the navigation data description, and clause 7, the file storage format.
Clause 6 works through the data subject, the data association model, the grid data model with its standard grid levels, grid index organizational units and coordinate system, the road display data model, the road network data model at detailed and schematic levels with the connectivity treatment and the connection between road network data, the transit data model with the representation of the public transport network and the transfer walk, the map display data, the guidance data, the focus and point of interest data index, and the extended data.
Clause 7 gives the matching storage structures, from the physical file storage model and the global management file storage structure through the grid index data, the map display data with its background and character data, the road data, the guidance data with its record blocks for junction and road names, lanes, street addresses, railroad crossings, gradient and parking, the schematic level road network data, the transit data with its record blocks for bus lines, routes, stops and stations, the focus and point of interest data index, and the extended data.
Four informative annexes follow, on road function and road grade forms, on the setting of road topology levels, on road chain generation and on the road sidewalk form, and the body is carried largely by tables, numbered up to Table 198, and by figures.
Clause 2 cites GB/T 19711-2005 and SJ/T 11419-2010. The page gives the Chinese classification as M50 and the international classification as 33.200, estimates the document at about 127,115 words and names no superseded edition; the standard was issued on 31 December 2013 and has applied since 15 July 2014.
