section.

--- Part 3. Orchard with mobile lifting platform.

This section GB/T 30032 Part 3.

This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This section uses redrafted law revision using ISO 16653-3.2011 "mobile lifting platform with a special design components,

Calculation, safety requirements and test methods - Part 3. Mobile lifting platform for orchards ".

This part of ISO 16653-3.2011 technical differences and the reasons are as follows.

--- On the normative references, this section made a technical difference with the adjustment to adapt to China's technical conditions, adjust the situation

Concentration reflected in the second chapter "Normative references", the specific adjustments are as follows.

* ISO 16368, which is referenced in ISO 16653-3-2011, is replaced by GB/T 25849-2010, modified to adopt international standards.

1 Scope

GB/T 30032 provisions of this part of the applicable orchard operation of mobile lifting platform (hereinafter referred to as MEWP) design,

Calculation, safety requirements and test methods. This section as a supplement to GB/T 25849 and with its supporting use. Unless otherwise stated in this section

This section provides the MEWP first applied to the orchard operation before the structural design calculations and stability criteria, manufacturing, safety inspection and test

Test This section identifies the hazards that MEWP applies to orchard operations and describes measures to eliminate and mitigate these risks.

This section applies to single-arm MEWP. The single-arm MEWP is controlled at the platform and used in the orchard for movement

Personnel to work position for picking fruit and cutting trees and erecting vines.

Note. The Orchard MEWP is a typical non-rotating device based on a two-wheel drive shaft and a caster rear wheel. Different lifting height requirements depend on the planting

Growth and climatic conditions. MEWP for drupes, pomes and citrus orchards usually has a height of 2.5m ~ 4.5m. Used for avocado fruit

Park MEWP usually lift height up to 6.5m, and occasionally there are equipment up to 8m ~ 10m. Receiving season, MEWP for orchard operations

Fruit bags are available to collect fruits and nuts and deliver them to collection points. Rated load, including staff, usually 170kg ~.200kg.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 25849 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Orchard orchard

A specific area where fruits or nuts grow.
