This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This part redrafted Law Amendment uses ISO 16653-1:2008 "mobile elevating work platforms are designed with special components, Calculations, safety requirements and test methods - Part 1. equipped with telescopic guardrail system for mobile elevating work platforms. " this part of ISO 16653-1:2008 technical differences and the reasons are as follows.

--- GB 25849-2010 "Mobile elevating work platform design calculations, safety requirements and test methods" to modify using the international standard Quasi ISO 16368:2003, this part of the normative references revised to GB 25849-2010;

--- This section increases the anchoring points on the requirements in 4.1.3, "anchor points" in;

--- This section 4.1.2.5 to "fence stretching process, the machine can not be exercised.";

--- Because elevating work platform models are more reference units for ease of use, it increases the informative Appendix A;

--- 4.1.1 add "NOTE. MEWP telescopic guardrail system example shown in Figure A.1.";

1 Scope
