Introduction
Based on the manufacturer's instructions for use, working conditions, frequency of use, and applicable regulations, the mobile lifting work platform should be maintained regularly.
It should be noted that GB/T 30032 specifies the safety requirements for mobile lifting work platforms with special components. Assume that before starting work each day...
Check if the mobile lifting work platform is functioning properly. Only when all necessary control and safety devices are normal and in working order should the mobile lifting work platform be checked.
A mobile lifting work platform can only be put into operation after certain conditions are met. If a mobile lifting work platform is rarely used, it can be put into operation before work begins.
Conduct an inspection.
GB/T 30032 aims to establish guidelines for protecting personnel and objects from accident risks associated with the operation of special-purpose mobile lifting work platforms.
The rules do not repeat all general technical rules applicable to every electrical, mechanical, or structural component. It is proposed to consist of three parts.
---Part 1: Mobile lifting work platforms equipped with telescopic guardrail systems. The purpose is to specify the types of lifting work platforms equipped with telescopic guardrail systems.
The design, calculation, safety requirements and test methods of mobile lifting work platforms.
---Part 2: Mobile lifting work platforms equipped with non-conductive (insulating) components. The purpose is to specify the components equipped with non-conductive (insulating) components.
The design, calculation, safety requirements, and test methods for the mobile lifting work platform of the component.
---Part 3: Mobile Lifting Work Platforms for Orchards. The purpose is to specify the design and specifications for mobile lifting work platforms used in orchards.
Calculation, safety requirements and test methods.
