Introduction

With the development of the world economy and social progress, many countries and international organizations are paying more and more attention to the safety of dangerous goods transportation.

Pay attention to the protection of personal safety, human health and environmental safety.

Article 28 of the "Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of my country" promulgated and implemented in 2002 clearly stipulates: "Production and business units Obvious safety warning signs should be set up on production and business premises and related facilities and equipment with relatively high risk factors."

The "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals" revised in 2011 regulates the production, storage, use, operation and management of hazardous chemicals. Transportation safety management has made more specific requirements.
