Scope

GB/T 29826-2013 is the English-translated version of 云制造 术语.

GB/T 29826-2013 fixes the technical vocabulary of cloud manufacturing.

Clause 1 states that it specifies the technical terms used in cloud manufacturing, covering generic cloud manufacturing terms, the access and perception of manufacturing resources and manufacturing capacity, their virtualisation and servicing, the construction of the cloud manufacturing service system, its operation management and its assessment, cloud manufacturing security, human-computer interaction and visualisation, and cloud manufacturing models and application classification; it applies to the research, production, engineering, management, business, education and other sectors related to cloud manufacturing technology, and a note sends the reader to Appendix A for the technical content of the field.

The table of contents shows an introduction, clause 1 Scope, clause 2 Terms and definitions divided into the nine groups 2.1 to 2.9 that follow the same subjects as the scope, clause 3 Abbreviations, informative Appendix A on the cloud manufacturing technology system, informative Annex B on cloud manufacturing services, a list of references and an index; there is no normative references clause and the page lists no quoted standard.

The entries shown on the page all come from 2.1, the generic group: 2.1.1 manufacturing resource, the elements that complete all activities of the product life cycle, with processing equipment, materials, simulation software, models, knowledge and documents given as examples and notes dividing them into soft and hard manufacturing resources; 2.1.2 manufacturing capacity, the ability to complete the activities of the whole product life cycle as a combination of people and organisation, management and technology, with design, simulation, production and processing, testing and product maintenance capability as examples; 2.1.3 cloud manufacturing, a network-based, service-oriented new model of intelligent manufacturing in which manufacturing resources and capabilities are virtualised and turned into services, pooled and centrally managed and optimised so that users can obtain them on demand through a network terminal; and 2.1.4 cloud manufacturing service, which the page lists as demonstration service AaaS, design services DaaS, production and processing services FaaS, testing services TaaS, simulation services SimaaS, maintenance and repair services MRaaS, management services MaaS and integration services InaaS.

The draft breaks off inside 2.1.4, so the entries of 2.2 to 2.9 and the abbreviations of clause 3 are not shown.

The standard was proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation and is kept by the National Technical Committee on automation systems and integration (SAC/TC159); it carries ICS 35.240.50 and Chinese classification J07, and the page estimates about 23,298 words.

It was issued on 12 November 2013 and has applied since 15 March 2014; the page does not say which edition it replaces.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. The standard proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.

The standard automation systems and integration by the National Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC159) centralized.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical terms used in cloud manufacturing. Including cloud manufacturing generic term, manufacturing resources and manufacturing capacity access And the perception, manufacturing resources and manufacturing capacity and service virtualization, cloud manufacturing service system construction, manufacturing services cloud system operation tube Assessment management, manufacturing services cloud systems, manufacturing cloud security, cloud manufacturing human-computer interaction and visualization, cloud manufacturing model and application classification terminology.

This standard applies to the manufacture and cloud technology-related research, production, engineering, management, business, education and other sectors.

Note: The technical content of cloud manufacturing field, see Appendix A.

2 Terms and definitions

2.1 General Manufacturing cloud

2.1.1 Manufacturing Resource

Elements complete product life cycle of all activities.

Example: processing equipment, materials, software simulation, models, knowledge, documents and other data.

Note 1. Other resources related manufacturing presence in the form of its manufacturing resources and use, manufacturing resources can be divided into soft and hard manufacturing resources.

Note 2. The soft manufacturing resources mainly in software, data, knowledge-based manufacturing resources.

Note 3. Hard manufacturing resources mainly refers to the product life cycle process manufacturing equipment, computing equipment, and other materials; other related resources mainly refers to resources in addition to hard and soft Manufacturing Resource beyond the collection of a variety of services such as training, information consulting, Transportation and so on.

2.1.2 Manufacturing capacity

The ability to complete the product of the activities of the entire life cycle, people and organizations, the combination of management, technology three elements.

Examples. design capability, simulation capabilities, production and processing capacity, testing, product maintenance capability.

Note: The ability to reflect the kind of manufacturing resource allocation and integration, reflecting the manufacturing or manufacturing entity to accomplish a task and the expectations of T (development time Room), Q (quality), C (cost), S (service), E (clean environment), K (knowledge content) levels.

2.1.3 Cloud Manufacturing

A web-based, service-oriented intelligent manufacturing the new model. It combines the development of the existing manufacturing information (information design, production, Test, simulation, management, integration) technology and cloud computing, networking, computing services, science and other emerging intelligent information technology, manufacturing resources and the various types of Manufacturing capacity virtualization, service-oriented, manufacturing resources and manufacturing capabilities constitute a service pool, and a unified, centralized management and operation optimization, So users will be able to get the go-demand manufacturing resources and manufacturing capabilities and services through a network terminal, thereby completing its intelligently Various activities of the product life cycle.

2.1.4 Cloud Manufacturing Services

Cloud-based manufacturing technology manufacturing services, serving contains demonstration service AaaS, design services DaaS, production and processing services FaaS, Testing services TaaS, simulation services SimaaS, maintenance and repair services MRaaS, management services MaaS, integration services InaaS like.

Note 1. The Cloud Manufacturing Services features include dynamic on-demand architecture, interoperability, collaboration, heterogeneous integration, product lifecycle intelligent manufacturing. Through standardized Form of manufacturing resources and manufacturing capabilities in the cloud publish manufacturing services platform, and can be combined to form integrated services to meet the individual needs of the system side Create demand.

Note 2. Cloud Manufacturing Services Refer to Appendix B.
