Scope

GB/T 29545-2013 is the English-translated version of 机床数控系统 可靠性设计.

GB/T 29545-2013 sets out how the reliability of a machine tool numerical control system is to be designed.

Clause 1 states that the standard specifies the basic flow, the content and the methods of CNC system reliability design together with the review procedures, that it applies to the CNC system, which it shortens to NC system, and that the CNC systems of other industrial machinery and equipment may refer to it.

The body is short and the annexes carry most of the material: clause 4 on reliability design and clause 5 on the reliability design review are followed by Annex A on the reliability distribution method, Annex B on reliability design, Annex C on the selection and screening of components, Annex D on reliability blocks, Annex E on common reliability models, Annex F on the failure criterion, Annex G on the reliability prediction method and Annex H, a reliability design review table, of which Annexes B to E are normative and the others informative.

Clause 3 defines reliability, reliability design, the mean operating time between failures or MTBF, the life profile and the mission profile, the reliability and MTBF entries being marked as rewrites of GB/T 2900.13-2008, definitions 191-02-06 and 191-12-09.

Clause 2 cites GB/T 7828-1987 on reliability design reviews and a GJB document on the establishment of the reliability model and reliability prediction, whose number the page prints as GJB 913-1990 in the data block and as GJB813-1990 in the text.

The introduction says that reliability is an important attribute of CNC machine tools, that the design methods given are matched to their structure and performance characteristics, and that applying the standard should raise the reliability level of machine tool CNC systems and so better meet market and customer needs.

The draft stops at the end of clause 3, so clauses 4 and 5 themselves are not shown. It was issued on 9 June 2013 and has applied since 1 January 2014.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. The standard proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.

Introduction

Reliability is an important attribute of CNC machine tools, CNC machine tools combined with this standard structure and performance characteristics are given a variety of Reliability design method, standardized basic design process reliability, and reliability assessment content and procedures. Through the implementation of standards, will promote the machine Bed CNC system reliability level of continuous improvement, to better meet market and customer needs. CNC system reliability design

1 Scope

This standard specifies the basic flow CNC system reliability design, content and methods, and review procedures.

This standard applies to CNC system (hereinafter referred to as "NC system"). Other industrial machinery and equipment CNC system reliability design Referring to this standard.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Reliability

CNC system under specified conditions and within the specified time interval to complete the required function capability.

NOTE: rewrite GB/T 2900.13-2008, defined 191-02-06. CNC system is generally considered the beginning of the time interval is required to complete the function of shape state. In addition, although the magnitude of reliability objectively exist, but in fact is unknown, we can only use a limited sample observation data, after a certain Statistics calculated its estimated value. Reliability is also known as the magnitude of the reliability.

3.2 Reliability Design

The use of methods to achieve specific design practices or procedures CNC system reliability goals.

3.3 The average time between failures; MTBF

Adjacent fault mathematical expectation of working hours, but also refers to the average working time between two adjacent failures or MTBF.

NOTE: rewrite GB/T 2900.13-2008, defined 191-12-09.

3.4 Life sectional

CNC system from manufacturing to end of life, or opt out of sequence during this time experienced the full description of the event and the environment. NC Department Event systems generally have experienced R & D, production, inspection, testing, packaging, transportation, storage, assembly (mounting), commissioning, operation (use), failure to stop Release, maintenance (maintenance), retirement and the like. CNC system environment may have experienced vibration, shock, electromagnetic interference, heat, cold, humidity (water spray), sand Dust (sand and dust), salt spray and the like.

3.5 Mission profile

Timing is described in the numerical control system complete the required tasks during this time experienced the events and the environment.
