Scope
GB/T 29423-2026 is the English-translated version of 用于耐腐蚀水泥制品的化学激发混凝土.
GB/T 29423-2026 is a standard for chemically activated concrete used in corrosion-resistant cement products. It sets out classification, strength grades and marking, general provisions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and storage and transportation.
Informative and normative appendices cover ordering and delivery, and test methods for the corrosion resistance coefficient and the salt corrosion resistance coefficient.
It applies to chemically activated concrete used to make cement products that resist acid, alkali and salt corrosion in chemically corrosive environments. This edition adds strength grades and marking, general provisions, and requirements for the chemically activated cementitious materials.
Issued on 2 July 2026 and applicable from 1 February 2027, it replaces GB/T 29423-2012.

Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
This document supersedes GB/T 29423-2012 "Alkali-Slag-Fly Ash Concrete for Corrosion-Resistant Cement Products" and is consistent with GB/T 29423- Compared to 2012, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Regulations regarding strength grades and markings have been added (see 4.2, 4.3);
b) Added general provisions (see Chapter 5);
c) The requirement for "chemically activated cementitious materials and components" has been added (see 5.1.1);
d) Added "Preparation" (see 5.2) and "Other Provisions" (see 5.3);
e) The workability of concrete and the technical requirements have been revised (see 6.1.1, 2012 version of 6.1.1);
f) The technical requirements for "water-soluble chloride ion content" have been revised (see 6.1.3, 2012 version of 6.1.3);
g) The technical requirements for "chemical corrosion resistance" have been changed (see 6.2.2, 2012 version of 6.2.2);
h) Increased requirements for expansion rate, water absorption rate, chloride ion penetration resistance, and freeze resistance (see Table 2);
i) The requirements for "test conditions" (see 7.1), "instruments and equipment" (see 7.2), and "samples" (see 7.3) have been added to the test methods;
j) The test method for "condensation time" has been modified (see 7.5, 7.2 in the 2012 edition);
l) The test method for "chemical corrosion resistance" has been changed (see 7.8, 7.5 in the 2012 edition);
m) Added the "expansion rate" test method (see 7.9), the "water absorption rate" test method (see 7.10), and the "chlorine ion permeability resistance" test method. (See 7.11) Test method for "frost resistance" (see 7.12).
