Scope
GB/T 29191-2025 is the English-translated version of 共性服务信息描述.
GB/T 29191-2025 sets out how a common service is described in the field of informatization. It gives a description model built from a service overview, a service interface, quality of service and a service policy, and first fixes the basics of that model: the relationships and symbols used, the description method and the data types and formats.
It also gives the methods and rules for extending a description, and an informative annex that applies the model to instant messaging, with service category value field codes, interface name codes and message parameters.
The document defines service, common service, value domain, operation and interface, and applies to the development, invocation and use of common services. It replaces GB/T 29191-2012, was issued on 1 August 2025 and has applied since 1 November 2025.
