3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Backwater
After the steam passes through the heat generated by the boiler exchange or return to acting backwater recycling water in the system.
3.2 Return rate rateofbackwater
Cumulative return accounted boiler cumulative amount of evaporation percentage within a certain time.
3.3 Backwater recycling rate
Within a certain period of time the cumulative return back to the boiler return water use accounts for cumulative percentage.
3.4 Fouling rate
Boiler heating surface dirt annual increase in thickness to mm/a meter.
3.5 Volatile base
Water vapor system has a protective effect of volatile metal alkaline substance.
3.6 Filming Amines filmformingamine
It can form a layer of hydrophobic amine protective film on the metal surface evenly.
3.7 Surface heating method
Steam heated medium strict isolation, heating the metal surface by way of heat transfer.
