1 Scope

This section GB/T 2884 provisions of the section of the Yangtze River barge-type scale, model, and signs.

This section applies to sailing the Yangtze River waterway downstream section barge.

2 Ship Scale

Section of the Yangtze River barge ship scale series are shown in Table 1.

Model is expressed as follows.

"Long" Pinyin first letter, saying that "the Yangtze ++++++++++".

"Dry" Pinyin first letter, means "River +++++++++";

"Festival" Pinyin first letter, saying that "sub-section split +++++++";

Each barge section 4.1 are set to include the following signs.

a) ship model, the factory serial number, the standard number;

b) total length, waterline length, breadth, depth, draft design, full load displacement;

c) name of the manufacturer;

d) the construction date.
