Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 28575-2012 "YE3 series (IP55) ultra high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor technical conditions (frame size 80 ~ 355) '', compared with GB/T 28575-2012, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- The frame numbers 63 and 71 have been added, the frame numbers 3551 and 3552 have been deleted, the pole number has been modified to 2P ~ 10P, and the power range has been modified to 0.12kW ~ 315kW (see Table 2, Table 2 of 2012 edition);

--- Increased the mechanical inspection items of the motor (see 4.25);

--- Added test method (see Chapter 5);

--- Check items are listed (see Table 25 in Chapter 6, Chapter 5 of the 2012 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the type, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, and inspection rules of YE3 series three-phase asynchronous motors. Requirements for signs, packaging and warranty period.

This standard applies to YE3 series (IP55) three-phase asynchronous motors (frame size 63 ~ 355) (hereinafter referred to as motors). All The various motors derived from the listed motors can also be implemented by reference.

3 Type, basic parameters and dimensions

3.1 The motor model consists of two parts. product code and specification code, which shall be arranged in sequence, and shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 4831-2016.

Example: Y E3-132S1-2 Specification code. indicates that the shaft center height is 132mm (or the frame number is 132), the frame length is S, and the core length is No. 1, Number of poles is 2 poles Product code. E3 means IE3 efficiency level Product code. Y means three-phase asynchronous motor
