Scope

GB/T 28467-2012 is the English-translated version of 涤纶绣花线色卡.

GB/T 28467-2012 sets the colour composition and labelling, the dimensions and specifications, the quality requirements and the methods of use and storage of the colour card for mass coloured polyester embroidery thread.

Clause 1 applies it to the quantified representation of polyester embroidery thread colour and names no exclusion.

Clause 2 cites GB/T 250, GB/T 3920, GB/T 3978, GB/T 3979, GB/T 5698, GB/T 8424.3, GB/T 8427-2008 and GB/T 17749-2008, which cover the grey scale for assessing change in colour, colour fastness to rubbing, standard illuminants and geometric conditions, the measurement of object colour, colour terms, the calculation of colour, colour fastness to artificial xenon arc light and the representation of whiteness.

On top of the terms of GB/T 5698, clause 3 defines mass coloration, the colouring of polyester in the molten state by adding a colouring agent such as toner, colour paste, sand colour or masterbatch, and then hue, lightness, chroma and colour solid, giving the symbols H, V and C for the first three of these.

3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 5698 defined in the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Mass coloration

Polyester in the molten state by adding a coloring agent (Toner, color paste, sand color, masterbatch, etc.) is colored.

3.2 Hue (tint) hue

Characteristics show red, yellow, green, blue and other colors, one of the three attributes of color, indicated by symbol H.

3.3 Lightness value; lightness

It represents visual perception characteristics of the surface color of an object shading degree, absolute black and absolute white reference given to indexing, three-color attribute One indicated by symbol V.

3.4 Chroma

It represents the color of the surface brightness with no color shading point visual perception characteristic distance, and give the index, one of the three attributes of color, Symbols C.

3.5 Color solid

In a particular color space color system, the surface of the color space occupied parts.
