Distilled water, according to GB/T 6682, three water, except as otherwise provided, the use of biological and chemical reagents were of analytical grade.
4.1.2 Extraction Kit
Trizol reagents or commercialization of viral RNA extraction reagent.
4.1.3 A influenza virus multiplex RT-PCR asymmetric synthesis and amplification primers and probes
Specific primers and probes (see Appendix A). After the probe and primer synthesis, the use of water-free RNA enzyme (see Appendix B) was dissolved
To 50µmol, -20 °C stored for use.
