This document replaces GB/T 27534.6-2011 "Technical Specifications for Livestock and Poultry Genetic Resources Survey Part 6: Horse (Donkey)" and Compared with GB/T 27534.6-2011, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The body size and weight measurement indicators have been changed (see 6.3.1, 4.3.1 of the 2011 edition);

b) Added growth and development performance, milk production performance and exercise performance survey content (see 6.3.2, 6.3.4 and 6.3.6);

c) The slaughter performance test indicators have been changed (see 6.3.3, 4.3.2 of the 2011 edition);

d) The reproductive performance test indicators have been changed (see 6.3.5, 4.3.3 of the 2011 edition);

e) Deleted genetic resource survey (see 4.4 of the 2011 edition);

f) Added survey methods (see Chapter 7);

g) The sample size required for each survey content indicator has been changed (see 7.2.1, 7.3.1, 7.4.1, 7.5.1, 7.6.1 and 7.7.1, 4.2.1 of the 2011 edition).
