GB/T 26841-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering what a marketplace records about a merchant selling on it — the four classes of data item, the registration, store and contact details, the licences and qualifications, the transaction record and the ratings drawn from it, the off-platform information that may be added, and the normative indicator tables that fix the field names so that a credit file built on one platform can be read on another. It replaces GB/T 26841-2011. In force from 28 February 2025. Issued on 28 February 2025, it has been in force since 28 February 2025, replacing GB/T 26841-2011.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 26841-2011 "Specifications for credit files of trading entities based on e-commerce activities" and Compared with GB/T 26841-2011, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
— The terms "e-commerce activities" and "transaction subjects" (see 3.1 and 3.2 of the 2011 edition) have been deleted, and the term "credit file" (see 3.1);
— Change "Basic content of credit files" to "Classification and content of credit file data items", and change "Credit file content" to "Credit file content".
"Classification of file data items" (see 4.1, 4.1 of the 2011 edition), adding credit information by basic information, qualification information, transaction information Classification of credit information and supplementary credit information (see 4.1);
— Change the "Basic Transaction Information", "Basic Transaction Related Information" and "Basic Evaluation Information" under the "Basic Information" category and include them in the "Transaction Basic Information" Easy information category" (see 4.3, Table C.1 of Appendix C, 4.2 of the 2011 edition, Table A.2, Table A.3 and Table A.4 of Appendix A);
— Deleted the "Special Information" category (see 4.3 of the 2011 edition), and changed the "Qualification Information" data item to include it in the "Qualification Information" category.
"Transaction-specific information" and "Transaction-related information" The data items of the “Special Information” category were changed to include the “Transaction Information Category” (see Table C.1 of 4.3, Appendix C, 2011 Edition of 4.3, Appendix C).
Table B.2 and Table B.3 of Record B);
— Deleted the financial information (see 4.3 of the 2011 edition, Table B.4 of Appendix B), prompt information (see 4.3 of the 2011 edition, Table B.5 of Appendix B) and evaluation-specific information (see 4.3 of the 2011 edition, Table B.6 of Appendix B);
— Added “Supplementary credit information category” (see 4.5).

1 Scope
This document specifies the classification and content of data items in corporate credit files in e-commerce transactions.
This document applies to the establishment and maintenance of credit files for corporate merchants (sellers) on e-commerce platforms.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 22117 and the following apply to this document.
3.1 credit files
A credit record formed by the collection, organization, preservation and processing of the credit information of credit subjects.

4 Classification and content of credit file data items
4.1 Data item classification
The data items of corporate credit files in e-commerce transactions are divided into basic information, qualification information, transaction information and supplementary information from outside the platform.
Basic information, qualification information and transaction information are mandatory items in credit files, while supplementary credit information is optional. options.
4.2 Basic Information
Basic information data items include but are not limited to the following.
— Enterprise registration information;
— Basic information of website/online store;
— Contact information.
The corresponding indicators of basic information data items are in accordance with Appendix A. E-commerce platforms and merchants can use them according to actual needs and conditions.

4.3 Qualification Information
Qualification information data items include but are not limited to the following.
