Scope
GB/T 26824-2020 is the English-translated version of 纳米氧化铝.
GB/T 26824-2020 is the Chinese national product standard for nanoscale alumina, Al2O3.
It fixes the product classification and codes, the technical requirements, the test methods, sampling, inspection rules, packaging, marking, storage and transport, and it covers material made by the liquid phase route and the gas phase route; nano alumina from other processes may follow it for guidance.
Separate requirement tables cover the two routes, and the checks were widened to include the pH of the suspension and the microscopic morphology, together with reference methods for silica, ferric oxide, sodium oxide, calcium oxide and magnesium oxide.
Specific surface area is measured by the BET gas adsorption method of GB/T 19587-2017 and the crystal form is read by X-ray diffraction to GB/T 30904. It replaces GB/T 26824-2011, was issued on 14 December 2020 and has applied since 1 July 2021.

Introduction
Nano alumina is a new nano material with corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high hardness and easy dispersion. It has been used in battery diaphragms, catalyst carriers, ceramics Many fields such as coating and polishing have been widely used. The industrial preparation methods of nano alumina mainly include liquid phase method and gas phase method.
The nano-alumina prepared by the same process method exhibits unique properties in terms of crystal form, morphology and performance, making it suitable for different applications The directions show their respective performance advantages. For example, the liquid phase method can produce high-purity alpha-crystal nano alumina, which can be used in laser crystals and lithium battery diaphragms.
The application of coatings, thermally conductive powders and ceramic coatings is in the ascendant; the liquid phase method can also be used to obtain high-purity gamma-crystalline nano-alumina.
The high-efficiency catalyst carrier for automobile and chemical exhaust gas exhibits broad application value. Nano alumina prepared by gas phase method is generally gamma crystal Type-based mixed crystals, the microscopic morphology of particle aggregation is dendritic, anti-ultraviolet coatings, powder coatings, catalysts in phosphors and energy-saving fluorescent lamps There are unique applications in the fields of chemical carrier and polishing.
This document has established corresponding requirements in combination with the technical requirements of the preparation process and application fields, which is conducive to the accurate characterization and evaluation of the upstream and downstream industries Nano alumina has important guiding significance for promoting the promotion and application of nano alumina in a wider range.
