1 Scope
This standard specifies the coulometry trace moisture analyzer requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transport and storage.

3 Requirements
3.1 Normal operating conditions
Instrument normal working conditions should be met.
a) Ambient temperature 5 °C ~ 30 °C;
b) Relative humidity should not exceed 80%;
c) without vibration and electromagnetic interference on the instrument used;
d) non-corrosive gases indoors, good ventilation;
e) Power supply. voltage 220V ± 22V, frequency 50Hz ± 1Hz.
3.2 Measuring range
Measurement range 10µg ~ 10mg (H2O).
3.3 Accuracy
Instrument accuracy.
a) 10µg ~ 1mg (H2O) range, showing error should not exceed ± 5µg;
b) when 1mg (H2O) or more, the relative error should not exceed ± 0.5%.
3.4 Repeatability
The relative standard deviation (RSD) should not exceed 3%.
3.5 sensitivity threshold
Sensitivity threshold should not exceed 1µg (H2O).
3.6 electrolytic current
Electrolytic current maximum of not less than 200mA.
3.7 electrolytic equilibration time
Electrolytic balance after stabilization time should be 60s ± 5s.
