Scope
GB/T 26747-2023 is the English-translated version of 水处理装置用复合材料罐.
GB/T 26747-2023 is the Chinese national standard for the glass-filament-wound composite tanks used together with water treatment equipment.
It fixes their specifications by outer diameter, tank height and tank mouth inner diameter, adds the classification and marking of the pressure levels, and covers the structure and raw materials, the requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules, the marks, packaging, transport and storage.
It applies to tanks with a pressure rating of 0.70 MPa or 1.05 MPa and an operating temperature of 1 °C to 49 °C, and adds hydraulic leakage, hydraulic fatigue and hydraulic failure pressure requirements for the 0.70 MPa class.
It has no terms and definitions of its own and cites GB/T 17219, GB/T 2577, GB/T 3854 and HG/T 2232. It replaces GB/T 26747-2011, was issued on 23 May 2023 and has applied since 1 December 2023.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 26747-2011 "Composite material tanks for water treatment equipment". Compared with GB/T 26747-2011, except for the structure In addition to adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) The pressure level has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2011 edition);
b) The serial numbers 05 and 06 for the outer diameter of the tank and the serial numbers 10 and 12 for the height of the tank body have been added (see Table 1 and Table 2);
c) Increased classification and marking of pressure levels (see 4.2, 4.3);
d) Changed the method of determining the thickness of the strength layer of composite materials (see 5.1.3, 4.1.3 of the 2011 edition);
e) Increased the types of tank top materials (see 5.2.4);
f) The requirements and test methods for hydraulic leakage of tanks with a pressure rating of 0.70MPa are added (see 6.6 and 7.6);
g) Added hydraulic fatigue requirements and test methods for tanks with a pressure rating of 0.70MPa (see 6.7, 7.7);
h) Added the hydraulic pressure failure pressure requirements for tanks with a pressure rating of 0.70MPa (see 6.8);
i) Change the minimum thickness measurement method of the inner lining layer of the tank and the strength layer of the composite material (see 7.2.4, 6.2.4 of the 2011 edition);
j) Changed the graduation value of the pressure gauge (see 7.6, 6.6 of the 2011 edition);
k) Added outer diameter serial numbers 05 and 06 composite material tank specifications (see Table A.1);
l) The expression method of the tank mouth thread specification has been changed (see Figure B.1, Figure B.1 of the 2011 edition).
