Scope
GB/T 26507-2019 is the English-translated version of 石油天然气钻采设备 地面油气混输泵.
GB/T 26507-2019 sets the requirements for the ground oil-gas transportation pump used in oilfields, the twin-screw pump that moves a mixed stream of oil and gas.
It gives the model designation, in which 2LYQB200-1.6 is a twin-screw oil-gas pump of 200 m³/h rated flow and 1.6 MPa rated discharge pressure, then the technical requirements, the test methods, the judgement rules and the completeness, marking, packaging and storage.
Among the requirements are the basic parameters, the range of medium viscosity and gas content, the noise limit, the volumetric and overall efficiency, the flow and shaft power tolerances, the materials for media containing hydrogen sulfide, and bearing and gearbox temperatures no higher than 80 °C. Annexes give the performance parameter calculations and the test record forms.
It replaces GB/T 26507-2011, was issued on 31 December 2019 and has applied since 1 November 2020.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 26507-2011 "Ground oil and gas mixed pumps for drilling and production equipment in the oil and gas industry". This standard Compared with GB/T 26507-2011, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- The name of the standard was revised to "Ground Oil-Gas Hybrid Pumps for Oil and Gas Drilling and Production Equipment";
--- Increased model representation (see Chapter 3);
--- Modified the rated discharge pressure range in the basic parameters (see 4.5, 3.2 of the 2011 version);
--- Modified the range of medium viscosity and gas content of the pump under the normal operating environment of the pump (see 4.6, 3.6 of the 2011 version);
--- Revised the regulation of noise value (see 4.9, 3.9 of 2011 version);
--- Revised the regulation of pump volumetric efficiency (see 4.10, 3.10 of the 2011 edition);
--- Revised the regulations on pump efficiency (see 4.11, 3.11 of the 2011 edition);
--- Added rules for pump material selection when pumping corrosive gaseous media containing hydrogen sulfide and other materials (see 4.22);
--- Increased the provisions of the pump flow and shaft power tolerance (see 4.23);
--- Increased the provisions of the viscosity of the oil medium during type testing (see 5.1.1.2);
--- Increased records of gas flow and liquid flow in test values (see Appendix D);
--- Increased the oil and gas mixed pump system diagram (see Appendix F).
1 Scope
This standard specifies the model and technical requirements for the designation of oil and gas mixed-use pumps for the oilfield (twin-screw mixed-use oil and gas pumps, hereinafter referred to as "pumps"). Requirements, test methods, judgment rules, complete sets, marking, packaging and storage.
This standard applies to the design, inspection and use of pumps.
