1 Scope

This standard specifies the peak inductor micrometer terms and definitions, and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and Packaging.

This standard applies to indexing is 0.1µm, 1µm, with the peak inductor micrometer pointer (hereinafter referred to as "micrometer").
