Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 26016-2010 "High Purity Nickel". Compared with GB/T 26016-2010, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes In addition, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Changed the product classification, changed the grades HPNi-1 and HPNi-2 to HPNi-6N, HPNi-5N (see Chapter 4,:2010 edition) 3.1);

b) The chemical composition requirements have been changed, and the total content requirements of the main control impurity elements have been changed to the specific requirements and sums of the content of each element Requirements (see 5.1, 3.2 of the:2010 edition);

c) Changed the basic dimensions of the product, changing the "block. length × width. (50 × 50) mm ± 1 mm, (100 × 100) mm ± 1 mm; thickness.

"Appendix A" is changed to "Determination of impurity element content of high-purity nickel is carried out in accordance with the provisions of YS/T 1012" (see 6.1,:2010 edition 4.1);

1 Scope

This document specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, accompanying documents of high-purity nickel and the contents of the order form.

This document is suitable for electrolysis or electrowinning of sputtering targets and ion coating, wiring for electronic industry, high-purity reagents, high-performance alloys, etc. High purity nickel.
